At The Floral Roots, every fragrance is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after verification.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
